The Reserve at Chester Zoo has appointed communications and content agency, GOLD79, to launch its new premium accommodation and experience offering with an attention-grabbing campaign.

Launching summer of 2025, and aligned with the zoo’s mission to prevent extinction by creating a future where nature can survive and thrive, The Reserve at Chester Zoo provides premium stays and extraordinary animal experiences that protect the wild world by directly funding wildlife regeneration. Every stay will help the world’s wildlife and habitats survive and thrive, as the entire profit from each booking funds the zoo’s world-leading conservation activity.

Guests will be transported to the African savannah from 51 contemporary luxury lodges – homes-from-home crafted from natural, sustainable materials, with décor and colour palettes inspired by nature.

The Reserve at Chester Zoo selected GOLD79 on the back of the agency’s existing travel and tourism portfolio, which includes Jet2.com and Jet2holidays, Holiday Extras, Camplify, and the PPHE Hotel Group. The agency’s signature “NOISE-CANCELLING” approach will place The Reserve’s conservation messaging and luxury travel offering in the spotlight through multichannel communications strategies brought to life through digital and traditional PR, social media and experiential activities.
