The global hotel group has appointed GOLD79 as its PR partner for restaurant and bar locations including TOZI Grand Café and Counter, newly opened at Battersea Power Station.
After almost a decade of successful partnership between the PR, comms and content agency and PPHE Hotel Group’s hotels arm, the pair are expanding their relationship to cover hospitality venues located across London.
GOLD79 will provide a comprehensive media hub including an always-on strategy and a blend of human and digital intelligence designed to deliver ‘NOISE CANCELLING’ results for the group’s restaurants. From supporting existing partnerships to establishing more, the team will handle a constant stream of reviews from press and influencers, as well as responsibility for strategic storytelling for PPHE’s unique hospitality venues.
This includes TOZI Grand Café and TOZI Counter, the group’s latest opening at art’otel London Battersea Power Station. The elevated European Café and counter offer Italian fare from dawn to dusk, including artisanal coffee and pastries in the morning, and an all-Italian wine list that is perfectly matched to the food offering throughout the day and into the evening.
Also included in the project is TOZI Restaurant & Bar in Victoria, London and Kitchen at Holmes, located on Baker Street in Marylebone Village. The former specialises in Venetian-Italian small sharing plates made with seasonal, speciality ingredients and fresh pasta, while the latter is an all-day restaurant and neighbourhood bar offering seasonal cuisine with Mediterranean influences.
The new project follows a steady stream of success for PPHE and GOLD79 and further strengthens GOLD79’s portfolio of achievements in the food, drink, and hospitality industries, which includes work with Gonzalez Byass (Croft Sherry), Pizza Express, and Stonegate Group.
Aimi Wells, Director of PR and Marketing, Restaurants and Bars at the PPHE Hotel Group said:
“The GOLD79 team has been the perfect partner for our hotel offering over the years, providing invaluable support for everything from the launch of new venues to seasonal campaigns. Now a natural extension of our internal team, there’s no-one we’d trust more to aid with media relations and brand-building for the TOZI brand and Kitchen at Holmes. I’m excited to see the successes that the next chapter of our partnership brings.”
Rhona Templer, Group Managing Director at GOLD79, added: “PPHE Hotel Group is one of our most valued clients, and we’re delighted to be expanding our remit to include the TOZI and Kitchen at Holmes brands. The flair, creativity, and attention to detail that characterise each venue form the basis of an enticing offering for the public and media alike. We have ambitious plans and we look forward to replicating the impressive results we’ve already achieved for the group’s hotel brands.”
