The brief: To genuinely embed Accenture’s people and talent in the regions, establishing the business as the preeminent consultancy outside of London and the South East.
PURE THOUGHT: MAKING GLOBAL LOCAL
We started by delivering an Exponent Matrix tailored to six major cities across the UK. We assessed where power, inspiration and ‘know-how’ sat – across tech, the public sector, the arts, sport, and business. We left no stone unturned in building a bespoke, complex and detailed hub of influence that we wanted to target across traditional, social and real-world platforms.
This formed the foundation of our strategy, before we delivered tailored regional content that would enable the business to establish connections with the networks of people and organisations that mattered .
